- 디지털 파일 상품은 결제 완료 후 다운로드가 가능해진 시점부터는 단순 변심에 의한 환불이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 파일이 손상되었거나, 안내된 내용과 다르거나, 다운로드에 문제가 있는 경우에는 seulpaper@gmail.com으로 문의해 주시면 확인 후 재발송 또는 환불로 도와드리겠습니다.
- 결제 후 파일이 다운로드되지 않은 상태에서 환불을 요청하시는 경우에는 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
다운로드 이용 안내
- 다운로드 링크는 결제일로부터 6개월 동안 유효하며, 최대 3회까지 다운로드하실 수 있습니다.
- 유효기간이 지나거나 다운로드 횟수를 모두 사용하신 경우에는 재다운로드가 불가능하니, 기간 내에 미리 다운로드해 두시길 권해드립니다.
실물 작품 및 완제품 (부케, 아트워크 등)
- 상품 수령 후 7일 이내, 미사용·미개봉 상태에 한해 반품 및 환불이 가능합니다.
- 고객님의 요청에 따라 제작되는 맞춤 부케, 커스텀 작품 등 주문 제작 상품은 제작 특성상 단순 변심에 의한 환불이 어려울 수 있습니다.
- 배송 중 파손되었거나 주문과 다른 상품이 도착한 경우에는 수령 후 3일 이내에 사진과 함께 seulpaper@gmail.com으로 문의해 주시면 재발송 또는 환불로 도와드리겠습니다.
- 단순 변심으로 인한 반품 시 왕복 배송비는 고객님 부담이며, 상품 하자로 인한 반품 시에는 배송비를 부담하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Digital Templates
- This is a digital product. Once a file becomes downloadable after purchase, refunds for simple change of mind are not available.
- If the file is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or you have trouble downloading it, please contact us at seulpaper@gmail.com and we’ll help with a re-send or refund.
- If you request a refund before downloading the file, a full refund is available.
Download Access
- Download links remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 3 downloads per purchase.
- Once the link expires or the download limit is reached, re-downloading is not possible, so we recommend downloading your file within the valid period.
Physical Artwork & Finished Products (bouquets, custom artwork, etc.)
- Returns and refunds are available within 7 days of delivery, for unused and unopened items.
- Custom-made items, such as personalized bouquets or commissioned artwork, may not be eligible for refund due to change of mind, given their made-to-order nature.
- If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at seulpaper@gmail.com with photos within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll help with a re-send or refund.
- For returns due to change of mind, round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For returns due to a product defect, you will not be charged for shipping.
